Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note there is a $7.50 restocking fee on all returns.

After 21 days from delivery, you can return the item for store credit. After 90 days from delivery, we do not offer any refund or store credit. All Sale items are final Sale. No refunds on sale items.

Please note: We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@noirnoirfashion.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
